Quality and service to our customers are at the foundation of the Multax business model. We maintain this ethos by strictly adhering to our extremely robust Internal Quality Management System.
This has enabled us to secure our ISO9001-2015 accreditation. Our QMS forces us to continuously improve in all areas ensuring we stay at the forefront of our industry.
Inspection
Our dedicated inspection department utilises some of the latest technology including our Hexagon 3D Romer Arm and fleet of CMM’S along with the latest inspection software to ensure a seamless transition from first off to production.
In addition to detailed in-process checks, all components manufactured by Multax pass through inspection for extensive visual and dimensional checks prior to dispatch to ensure conforming product is supplied.
Scope
Our precision machine shop includes the latest in CNC technology. This technology enables us to run 24 hours a day utilising lights-out production whenever possible, ensuring fast turnaround times as well as reducing costly set-up and improving productivity.
Our CNC Machines are programmed and verified offline using Hypermill CAD CAM from Openmind. This software accompanied by our industry knowledge allows us to produce extremely complex simultaneous 5 Axis components as efficiently as possible.
Through an extremely reliable supply chain, we offer additional external services such as surface treatments including Anodising, NDT Testing, DLC, WS2 Coatings and much more.
If there is a service that is needed, we will go the extra mile to ensure we can supply it.
Hand finishing
Our Hand finishing department is a critical part in ensuring that our quality and finish always meet our customers’ demands and expectations. Our skilled team of hand finishers utilise a variety of hand tools and work closely with our inspection team to ensure that every surface is personally finished to a high standard.
